Theta Art Expression
What is Theta Art Expression?
Theta Art Expression is a guided form of meditative art that combines creative expression with mindfulness practices to promote connection and self-discovery. Clients will be guided into a light form of Theta meditation where they will be able to tap into their Higher Selves and use that connection as a conduit to create simple expressions, allowing individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal way. With Theta Art Expression everyone is an artist and can successfully and easily freeform images that carry meaning and connection.
Dana Motley has a BA in Art Education, and leads these creative, fun, healing and informative sessions with her clients. Sessions can be booked one-on-one or as a group, in person or online.

- Pen and PaperParticipants use simple tools, pen and paper, to create visual representations of their inner experiences. Everyone can create!
- Guided ImageryPractitioners lead sessions where individuals are guided into a light state of meditation where they visualize scenes or feel emotions and let them flow through the body and onto the page.
