By accessing and using this website (shiftedsouls.com) and booking services with Shifted Souls Integrative Healing (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

We offer spiritual services including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Theta Art, and Spiritual Coaching.

• Appointments: All sessions are by appointment only.
• Payment: Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially if we believe the modality is not suitable for your current state of health (e.g., active psychosis or severe mental instability).

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Healing is a deeply personal and subjective journey. While we facilitate the space and conditions for healing:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any session.
• You are responsible for your own life choices, decisions, and actions following a session.
• The information received during sessions (especially QHHT) comes from your own Subconscious/Higher Self and is open to interpretation.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina and North Carolina, depending on the studio location of service.
